I’m Ellie — a strategist, creative, and lifelong nonprofit tinkerer who’s spent the last six years consulting across the full nonprofit spectrum. I do the messy, the minute, and the monumental: strategic planning that actually gets used, project implementation that keeps teams singing, and culture work that roots organizations in values and sustainability.
I bring a designer’s eye to every problem. My work blends creative personality with purpose-driven branding and practical systems — making data readable, culture actionable, and “human” an operational value, not just a vibe. I treat each project like a piece of art: thoughtful, intentional, and built to last.
Made By Ellie is the realization of a long-standing dream to run a small business that marries strategy and craft. My goal is to grow it into a social enterprise that supports local artists and small businesses, channeling revenue and resources back into community transformation.
